PACE is a community development organization that annually serves approximately 50,000 low-income residents of the Los Angeles area by creating economic solutions to meet the challenges of employment, education, housing, the environment, and business development in the Pacific Asian and other diverse communities.

Training, technical assistance and access to capital for entrepreneurs and small business owners


Early Childhood

Head Start & Early Head Start programs for children ages 0-5 and their families


Energy & Environmental Services

Emergency utility bill payments, energy savings, and home weatherization services
