Since 1984, PACE has operated or managed affordable housing units to provide economic relief to housing-burdened residents of Los Angeles. Today, we manage nearly 1,000 units.
Our Housing Units
Our properties offer secure green areas, playgrounds, and community rooms. Additionally, our Grandview Nine location houses an on-site Head Start preschool program.
Not only is the affordability of some of our units as low as 20% AMI, but units are also set aside for people experiencing homelessness, older adults, individuals with disabilities, and transitional youth.
