Ms. Sakamoto joined the PACE Board of Directors in 2005 and currently serves as Board Chairperson.  She is a Partner at LimNexus, specializing in real estate and business transactions; energy purchasing; telecommunications and utility law; public rights-of-way; and commercial litigation.  Prior to joining LimNexus, she was General Attorney and Assistant General Counsel at AT&T where she oversaw the Los Angeles Legal Department.  Ms. Sakamoto brings expertise in Nonprofit Board Management, serving as Co-Chair, Executive Advisory Council for Asian Americans Advancing Justice and as the Former Board Chair and current Board Member of the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center.  Ms. Sakamoto received her B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah, her M.S.A. in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University.
