With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and a strong background in senior management, Stacy has built a career leading organizational change, implementing successful programs, and supporting teams through strategic direction, training, and development. Her extensive expertise spans across HR operations, accounting, and nonprofit management, with a deep understanding of federal, state, and local legislative requirements and labor law compliance.
Stacy currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE) in Los Angeles, where she manages all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and legal compliance. She has played a key role in shaping the cultural direction of the organization, leading change initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of HR functions with the strategic goals of the agency.
Her previous experience includes serving as the Human Resources Generalist at formerly known QueensCare Health Centers, now Gracelight Community Health and Human Resources Manager at PACE, where she honed her expertise in employee relations, training development, and managing large HR teams across various departments. She has successfully managed HR operations for a workforce of over 400 employees, developed and executed policies and procedures, and maintained compliance with complex contractual and legislative requirements.
She also brings over 5 years of experience in Accounting and Payroll, where she managed payroll systems, conducted reconciliations, and implemented new payroll processes. Her knowledge extends to risk management, benefits administration, worker’s compensation, and change management, all of which are crucial for optimizing HR operations in the nonprofit sector.
In addition to her technical skills, Stacy is dedicated to professional development and has created and led workshops, training sessions, and team-building exercises that enhance the skills of staff and improve organizational performance.
