
Leslie Diaz-Villavicencio
VP of Energy
Leslie Diaz-Villavicencio brings over two decades of experience leading energy efficiency, sustainability, and affordable housing initiatives, with a strong focus on equity and impact. She has successfully designed and delivered programs across California, serving multifamily and underserved residential communities. Most recently, she directed the Energy Savings Assistance Program for Southern California Edison, SoCalGas, and San Diego Gas & Electric through her role at RHA. Her background also includes key program implementation roles at SoCalGas, Southern California Edison, and ICF.
Before transitioning to the energy sector, Leslie spent more than 10 years in real estate and held leadership and development roles in local nonprofits, which further shaped her commitment to community-focused work.
Leslie looks forward to contributing to the continued growth of PACE Energy and brings not only a wealth of industry knowledge, but also a deep passion for building community, promoting sustainable practices, and empowering undersrved populations.
A proud Angeleno, Leslie was born in Hollywood to immigrant parents and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. She is the proud mother of two daughters and finds joy in celebrating the vibrant diversity of Southern California.
