PACE’s staff mirrors the diversity of the communities we serve, bringing firsthand understanding and cultural connection to our work. Over 95% of PACE clients are classified as Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI), and more than 86% identify as ethnic minorities, including 43.6% African American, 32.7% Hispanic/Latinx, and 8.7% AANHPI. Many of our team members share similar backgrounds—immigrant, refugee, or asylee—creating a deep connection with our clients. For example, more than 50% of our staff are bilingual, and 40% are multilingual. Our success stems from this cultural and linguistic diversity, enabling us to build trust and engagement with our communities through shared language, experiences, and cultural understanding.
