Most recently, Carol served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Pacific Premier Banking Corporation, where she managed over $250 million bridge and construction loan portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and portfolio growth. Her expertise includes structuring new loan originations, overseeing risk ratings, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize lending strategies.

Prior, Carol served in leadership positions at Cathay Bank and East West Bank, managing portfolios exceeding $200 million in commercial real estate and construction loans.
