PACE is a Certified One-Stop Center, recognized by Los Angeles County, the State of California and the U.S. Government, that joins with employers, employees and job seekers to optimize workforce solutions under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA):

The mission of Westlake WorkSource Center is to provide comprehensive business, employment, and training services that are accessible and fully integrated, therefore building a strong community and healthy economy. Sponsored by the City of Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board, with funding coming from the US Department of Labor, the Westlake WorkSource Center offers integrated and comprehensive services for both job seekers and employers. Acting as the lead of this network, PACE works with other entities co-located at the WorkSource Center. These entities include community colleges, the California State Employment Development Department (EDD), local public school systems and other community-based agencies. 

PACE is proud to be a part of a network of WorkSource Centers in the City of Los Angeles and a 4 Star Center for the second year in a row. Services available at our Westlake WorkSource Center located in PACE's Headquarters include:

If you are simply trying to minimize the hassle of finding a qualified candidate, we can help. When your facility cannot accommodate the need to conduct mass hiring or interviews PACE has interview and meeting rooms and many of the tools found in most business centers to help you.

No matter what your employment or business needs, you'll find the answers at PACE’s WorkSource Center.

Annual Career Fair is held during the Fall and attracts more than 50 local and national, public and private employers. The Fair offers workshops, resume clinics, resources for entrepreneurs and many more activities.
